Hello,
Thanks for responding to my query!
The details of network are: I will have four linux boxes, RH 7.2 and
all running MPI based programs for parallel computations. Basically it
is a cluster of nodes and the choice of nodes will depend on the
amount of workload the running applications would put on the comps.
There can be more than one cluster out of these nodes to which may be
atmost 3 other nodes could be added. Access to these nodes could be
done from outside via remote login/SSH!
To this query of mine someone had responded saying either SSH or Ipsec
could be good. I simply don't know which one will fare better, so i m
asking this. And what care should I take while implementing OpenSSH or
SSH2 if i decide to implement it.
and any pointers to how
i can make it run with MPI?
Thanks
Shweta
