Openssh 3.3 update's problem

hi.

my system's

kernel : 2.2.19-6.2.16

OS : redhat 6.2

i tried on my machine to update openssh 3.1p1 -> openssh 3.3 today. but

i can't update openssh. hm.. in redhat 6.2, impossible update openssh 3.3?

if anybody knows that, reply please. and i want kindly installation
manual...

sorry for my english, because i'm korean. so i can't tell english very well.
