    >From another (remote) FreeBSD system this works fine, but the MacOSX and
    Windows SSH clients I have (Cygwin) give a different fingerprint, and don't
    immediately give the password prompt.

    Not being familiar with SSH, I'm interested to know what the cause of this
    behaviour is.
