Putty is much lighter weight and easier to install, and lives entirely in
the Windows operating system without having to set up CygWin with user
environments. It also has a quite good built-in user interface with
customizable auto-setups for various SSH targets: the CygWin OpenSSH is a
basically command line without those add-ons.

You asked....

Now, if this new tool from scd.edu has some interesting feature or two,
great! I'd like to see what they are, but the web page doesn't have any
reference to any significant benefits over Putty. (OK, maybe threading....)
