Hi all,
I finally managed to compile openssh 3.2.3p1 on
trueunix 4.0f with krb4/afs support but:
if I try to use this feature sshd does not care about
any tokens. The debug mode (neither server nor client)
does not even mention the discovery of an afs token.
Password authentication via NIS/AFS-KAS-Server works just fine.
I read in earlier postings that ssh protocol version 2
is not supporting token passing/afs anymore but those features are still
well described in the man pages of sshd.
And even if I try to connect with a client in protocol version 1 mode
nothing happens.
So here are my questions:
-Did anybody get it to work with openssh 3.2.3p1?
-Is there some kind of official statement that AFS-Tokenpassing is
not supported in protocol version 2 (could not find anything in the FAQ
at openssh.org nor the man page)
-Any other comments?
thanx in advance
Andreas
