I am using putty to get remote access to my department from home. At the
moment, I have to log in with putty, then start the xserver (Xwin.exe - part
of cygwin) to get the display up. This is fine, but I was wondering if there
was a clever way of setting it up so tat when I type a command (in my case
start) after logging in that requires a graphical display, the x server is
automatically launced. I am using a batch file at tyhe moment that justy
launches both programs together, but its a bit messy ...

Thanks,
