Sorry, I spoke too soon. I'm using ssh.com's server and client.
All I had to do was generate New Keypair under the Settings/User Keys
menu.
And then upload the public key to the server and authenticate using
public key and enter my passphrase. It works now.
If my company doesn't go for ssh.com's software, I hope Cygwin and
OpenSSH
are as easy to set up as ssh.com's was. I already have the bash shell
from Cygwin (226 Megs) and openssh-3.1.tgz. I guess I just do the
tar and make instructions from www.openssh.com/openbsd.html to compile
OpenSSH 3.1 and to setup sshd use the instructions from
tech.erdelynet.com/cygwin-sshd.asp?
