        Sorry, I spoke too soon. I'm using ssh.com's server and client.
    All I had to do was generate New Keypair under the Settings/User Keys
    menu.
    And then upload the public key to the server and authenticate using
    public key and enter my passphrase. It works now.
        If my company doesn't go for ssh.com's software, I hope Cygwin and
    OpenSSH
    are as easy to set up as ssh.com's was. I already have the bash shell
    from Cygwin (226 Megs) and openssh-3.1.tgz. I guess I just do the
    tar and make instructions from www.openssh.com/openbsd.html to compile
    OpenSSH 3.1 and to setup sshd use the instructions from
    tech.erdelynet.com/cygwin-sshd.asp?
