No problem. http://www.cygwin.org/ and the mirror listed there,
ftp://mirrors.rcn.net/mirrors/sources.redhat.com/cygwin/ are pretty good.
Did you select the OpenSSH package when you did the CygWin installation? And
it doesn't add source code unless you ask it to. You don't *need* source
code, you just need the package, right? And the libraries to run it with?
