[Thanks for pointint out the top/bottom post thing. I've top-posted in

As for the CygWin package, I downloaded it and installed it on my PC.
However, it put shortcuts on my desktop, put directories here and there,
in short: made a mess.
I also didn't see any applications added and didn't see any source code.
Did I do something wrong?
