Hi,
I am using ssh on Linux quite a while now. But i just saw something new,
which makes me wonder:
When I invoke ssh from a shell it asks me for the passwort and all looks
like it should be. But when I use the following shellscript:
#! /bin/bash
ssh -L 2000:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:81 YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY
It opens a GUI-Window asking for the passwort,I suppose because there is no
shell-window (KDE doesn't run the shellscript in a xterm or something).
I was unable to find this window in the documentation. Is this "normal"
behaviour, and is it possible to force ssh to open this window?
ssh version 2.9p2-39 (suse's rpm)
regards
Alex
