A scenario:
A host is connected to the Internet. The same host is also connected to a
private IP ranged net. An administrator wants to make port forwardings
through another service or server on the net and make these ports available only
from the private internal range/net.
Binding ports with a normal ssh -L connects the port to both interfaces -
public and private.
Question:
Is there a way of manipulating SSH to only bind to one spesific local
interface?
If not, how can this be done without broadcasting the services on the
public interface? Using Xinetd or any TCP port wrapper?
Regards,
Bjornar
