Connection closed by remote host

Hi all!

I am trying to use ssh 3.1.0 (Build 235) client (windows) to connect to a
Debian sshd version OpenSSH-1.2.3
but I have the message "Connection closed by remote host".

I have read the FAQ section but I have not seen any clue to solve the
problem.

Any idea?
