  also, one gotch'a that I did already find. My Linksys router is a
Router, not a hub, so it isolates requests from one branch to another. I
do have a local hub in front of me, however, so I expect to see two MAC
addresses.

  Q. Get MAC addresses via nmap for a trivial local subnet?
