    Hi Amanda

Sound to me problems related to the codecs, just to be shure that you
have the codecs, use GSpot to identify wherether you have the codecs
installed on your pc or not. You can find the application here:
    http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

Bottom note: Ace Mega Codec Pack includes Media Player Classic which
can play any movie (even flash animations), no matter which file format
it is. You can find it here:
    http://www.free-codecs.com/download/ACE_Mega_CoDecS_Pack.htm

    Best
    O.
