Source routed packet generator

Hi,
can anyone give me a packet generator that can set the Loose source
routing option..ive tried a few but basically the packet is not even
going on the wire (checked with ethereal)..i have no firewall rule that
blocks lsrr and ssrr packets..
Kindly suggest me/ send me a packt generator that can do so...
(basically i need to test a few cases in the lab for which i need
this..)
