It depends on how this proxy is implemented. If the proxy just does
not proxy HTTPS (as most do), of course not ;-) If the proxy fakes
the endpoint to endpoint SSL tunnel by doing man in the middle and
having an SSL tunnel from client to proxy and a second from proxy
to webpage, then yes.
