    OS's as in win whatever. Eg. win98 (which lots of people still use) has
    no security on the registry. The win98 registry is mainly open for all
    to see.

    I said he should assume that everyone can see whatever he puts in
    there. You said I was wrong. I say I was right, given the limited info
    supplied.
