I might consider a shared domain host (cpanel provider perhaps)
running spamassasin. The benefit there is that you have someone else
on call and constantly monitoring server uptime. Dunno if I were
doing a 10 user office if i'd be that excited about maintaining my own
email server if it were a client.
Spamassassin isn't full proof by and stretch, but it helps quite a
bit.
