If you're worried about this kind of stuff happening, don't use
transient addresses like the ones from your ISP. Get a more permanent
address, like registering your own domain. If you went to a decent
college, their alumni association may offer a permanent forwarding
address (see my address).
This way you can change ISPs without having to change your address, and
you don't have to send updates to everyone in your address book or
update any web sites.
