OK, it took me a minute on google to find out what this "tool" is
supposed to be. So, you installed a program that you don't have
all of the documentation for, in an effort to detect when other programs
you install, like pr0n dialers, browser hijackers, and modem hijackers
try to dial... And I suppose you installed it as administrator if that
account exists on your O/S. Don't you think it would be a lot easier
to not install mal-ware, or do you think that stuff magically appears
on your hard drive without your approval?

Google says that is "www.antidialer.co.uk" at 212.227.127.206, which is
the German hosting company 'Schlund + Partner AG'. Looking up
    'antidialer.co.uk', I find

Oh, that _really_ gives me tons of confidence. You might plug the
domain name 'schlund.de' into groups.google.com and search the
news.admin.net-abuse.* news groups if you really want to understand
    the irony.
