    to all,
I have been given the task by one of my teachers to find a way to
change the background through a system that i have an account on that
has a policy editor on it to change the background. the pc is
completely locked down execpt for things an everyday student would use.
i am reserching how to do this on a windows 2000 machine with service
pack 4 and i would like some help. any ideas would be helpful and
    thanks for reading this.
