There is nothing you can do to verify that location.
If I was you, I'll write a letter directed to him but send it to my own
address, blaming for stealing your password and remembering him that
this is illegal. Then I'll let him know my psw.
If he is not doing that, he never will know about the letter, but if he
is reading your mail, he'll read that message and probably never will
do that anymore.
