Some Dutch guys looked into that and decided there really was no way
to do it for Windows. They ended up hosting VMWare under Linux in an
partition encrypted by Linux, then running Windows under VMware, so
Windows could never leak its filthy unencrypted data onto the actual
physical hard disk. They sold preconfigured laptops set up like that
(www.nah6.com) but I don't think they do so any more. I believe they
still had an unencrypted boot partition (not just boot sector) where
the Linux kernel lived, but it contained only the stock installation
and may have been read-only. All user files were in the encrypted area.
