These are "wiki" links to other pages in Wikipedia, followed by
regular links to the relevant homepages. The numbers in square
brackets are added automatically, and refer to the references at the
end of the article. It's a bit confusing at first, but very
convenient once you get used to it. I could spell out the links, as
you have done above, but that would interrupt the flow of the
sentence. If you print the article (as opposed to viewing it online)
you will see the links spelled out.
Maybe I should put quotes around "SPF record" where it first occurs to
indicate its just a name. You don't need to know what it stands for
to follow the article.
