    You might enjoy the time out, but you're probably not going to get an
    answer to the question. I suspect many, if not most, sites that block
    access make use of third-party services that maintain the access lists.
    The security administrator can probably specify classes of sites that
    are blocked (e.g. porn, gambling, entertainment), but the service
    decides how to classify all the sites.
