    I guess I should have specified that I'm looking for solutions that are
    *within reason*. I'm looking for solutions that might actually be
    practical. I foolishly thought that would be self-evident.

    I like Linux myself, I use it as my primary desktop OS. But, replacing
    windows with Linux is very rarely an option. It's tough enough to get
    people to use firefox, much less switch to Linux.
