I'm using X-Netstat 5.1 to monitor all network connections and recently
I've noticed that everytime I connect to the internet, svchost.exe
makes a connection to my own IP address...

I'm not on a LAN or anything like that, just a single PC accessing the
internet. The IP address that shows up when I go to www.whatismyip.com
is the same one svchost connects to everyime I connect.

I also see explorer.exe making a connection to the same IP, again
whenever I first connect to the internet.

Is this normal?
