Is this inbound or outbound? What about overall system performance? Have
you run performance monitor etc? Any other known complaints/issues in
general?
What about delivery - is it via smart host or DNS? Are the DNS servers
set contactable?
How many rules are enabled (under spam, content, attachment etc)
Is the Exchange dbase on the same box?
Do you have DNSRBL lists set? Are there any service failures in Event
Log? Has the SMS and SMTP services been set to automatically restart in
case of failure?
Is the "lock and scan entire database after pattern update" option enabled?
How frequently does it liveupdate? Does updating work? What error
messages are in the console logs?
E.
