I've been running AVG on my home PC for a couple of weeks, and
have been finding it annoying that AVG wants me to restart my PC
most days. Every time AVG loads in a new virus database update, it
wants you to restart the system; and if it's waiting for you to
restart, then it won't successfully download the next update,
so you might have to restart twice to catch up after missing a
restart. I haven't managed to think up any reasonable justification
for requiring the restart.
