Nonsense. Pure and utter handicapping, libdem-plantation nonsense. Take a
look at what transpired before this nonsense caught on in the
Seventies.....did the non-English speaking children of immigrants need the
subjects taught in their language? No.....they were taught English, and
THEN they moved on. It takes children an amazingly short time to learn a
foreign language.
