If the multiculturalists have their way, that'll happen anyway.

When I lived in Orange County, California, thirty years ago there were signs
in store windows saying, "Se Habla Español." Nowadays the signs say,
"ENGLISH SPOKEN." Santa Ana might as well be renamed Nuevo Tijuana
and if you expect to do business in Garden Grove you better be fluent in
Vietnamese.
