    Yes, there might be a back door but part of the agreement would be to
    _NEVER_ admit it to the customer.

    If you are in a business where you have to worry about Men In Black
    reading your data you've got lots of things to worry about and need
    layers of defense. A keystroke sniffer could give them your PIN and
    they'd be able to read your data without the backdoor.
