NBA.com redirected to PacNames

I have a very annoying problem. Every time i go to www.nba.com, i'm
redirected to a search engine page beginning with "Registered with
PacNames.com a PacDomains company." I have AVG Anti-Virus installed,
as well as Ad-Aware SE Personal, Spybot S&D, and HijackThis. None of
these was able to remove the spyware/hijacker. The most puzzling thing
is I even resorted to REFORMATTING my entire drive with XP on it, did
a clean re-install of XP, and it didn't solve the problem!!! Someone
please help!!
