Ok, so by that logic, Honda's and Toyotas are the most stolen car
because they easier to break into, and not just because there's more of
them than other makes?

If there was some sort of catastrophic (some might call it a miracle)
change that caused 90% of the worlds computers to suddenly run Linux,
and only 10% run Windows, you would see an equally dramatic change in
what systems would be targeted with malware and probes for security
issues. Marketshare is everything. Scriptkiddies care little about
looking for those few vulnerable Linux boxes when there are millions of
potential other targets.

Even going with your marketshare argument, Apache does have about 65-67%
of the market, which is nowhere near the demanding marketshare that MS
has with regard to desktop OS. And, Apache isn't exactly invulnerable
either.
