Hi Ralf,
you don't just want to to surf anonymously but you are looking for
complete anonymous internet access. AFAIK there is no freeware /free
service offering this opportunity by now. You are looking for
something like the (pay-)services from companies like Anonymizer.com's
"Anonymizer DialUp".
