    VULNERABILITY SUMMARY:
        A security vulenerability has been identified with HP Systems
        Insight Manger (SIM) for Linux where a patch recently released
        by Microsoft, MS04-025 for a vulnerability in Internet
        Explorer may prevent users from logging in to HP Systems
        Insight Manager.

    BACKGROUND:
        Microsoft recently released a security vulnerability patch
        to Internet Explorer (MS04-025, documented in Know-
        ledge Base article KB867801) that changed the behavior
        of how IE treats scripting and binary objects. This creates
        an issue with HP Systems Insight Manager with the
        symptom being the apparent "hang" of the browser prior to
        the login prompts for credentials.
