Word doc security is laughable at best. There are a number of
freely availble programs to crack Word doc passwords.
I would recommend using a plain text file and encrypting it
with PGP. Use a long, but easy to remember passphrase.
The suggestion to store it on a USB key is an excellent one.
Your only problem then is computers without PGP installed. I'd
suggest putting the software on the USB device too.
