Please could anyone advise me if there is a simple explaination for the
following or I have a hacker problem?

I hold all my e-mail accounts with a certain provider of domain names
and when I attempt to e-mail to a certain individual they never get my
e-mails. This has only started happening in the last 2 weeks. I am on
broadband and I never e-mail from my computer and only off site from the
domain provider site. The individual I e-mail to has a hotmail account
and one account with their ISP. I have tried to e-mail to both the
individuals accounts with just about all my own e-mail accounts but the
individual is not receiving my e-mails. I receive e-mails from the
individual and also from others on my e-mail accounts without problem.
The individual also can receive e-mails okay from everyone else. None of
the e-mails I have sent to the person concerned ever rebound back to me
"undelivered" so they have been delivered somewhere. After trying and
failing again today to contact the person I created a yahoo account and
sent a test e-mail to them which this time did get through. The
individual is saying that their Norton Anti Virus program is giving
warnings that someone is trying to access their computer.

Could I be dealing with a hacker who is somehow intercepting my e-mails
to this other person or could there be another simple explaination? If
there is a hacker how are they achieving this?

Any feedback would be greatfully received with thanks.

    Mabon
