recently while playing with netstat, i noticed an apparent
connection to something called "ingreslock". i didn't pay
much attention to it at the time and I don't rememnber
which port it was on.
i did a quick google on it, but none of this was clear to
me. it also seemed to be a unix function and i am on a
win98 box. i haven't seen it either before or since, that
i can recall.
