Then you need to do one of two things:
1) Secure IE by following MS's recommendations
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/settings.mspx
2) Install another browser (such as FireFox).
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox
If you use Outlook or Outlook express it's important that you install
the latest patches and also set your IE security settings as in #1
above.
If you run IE as in #1 above, high security, you can use it without
problems on sites that you add to the trusted zone. My only
recommendation would be to set the Trusted Zone to "medium" security and
not leave it as "Low".
