ABOUT THE STEG
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Pacific Rim Workshop on Digital Steganography 2004 (STEG'04) is the
third STEG forum which is focused on digital Steganography including
information hiding techniques with external and internal data being
equally important. Traditional watermarking topics, if the robustness
is the only concern, may not fit in this workshop.
  Although the workshop has a title “Pacific Rim”, there is no
restriction as to which countries the participants are coming from.
We expect this workshop can produce a new international community where
people talk about the past, present, and future of the digital
steganography in depth.
