May edition of Linux Magazine has 10.0 as the cover-DVD.

Just drop it in the DVD drive and reboot the system. Boot from the
DVD... you may have to twiddle with the BIOS.

Probably easier, cheaper and quicker just to buy the magazine.
Saves a few gigabytes of downloading and burning.
