Are burnt CD's traceable?

I need to burn website pages saved to HD from the internet onto a CD
and snail mail it to someone.

Is there anyway from the CD that a trace may be done to my computer or
ISP?

IOW is my point of access to the websites, being my computer or ISP,
coded into the HTML file on download.

Or, does my CD writer imprint a manufacturing code that can be traced
through a chain of supply?

Does the website host store data on who accesses their files?

BTW this is for personal security not profit.

Thanks for any advice.
