    A RAMDRIVE.

For Windows 2000, Ramdisk.sys (mine is 50MB), if you have
    the memory to spare.

    (watch for wordwrap)

For 95/98/ME, it also goes by the name Ramdisk.sys, but it
    is loaded through CONFIG.SYS

You may have to hunt through the registry and manually
change your temporary internet, cookies and history
    directories.

    Google ramdrive freeware "windows xp"
