Jack,
Thanks a lot for the response. The more I look into this area of
entrepreneurship, the more I realize I need to offer a wider array of
services, starting with those that aren't centered around security.

There is definitely a niche in this area for security-centric
businesses, because all the service providers here offer security only
as a side-effect of their main offerings. I've been trying to narrow
down customer profile, but so far I only know that smaller busnesses
are more likely to want the full spectrum (installation, config.,
security) and larger businesses may actually pay for security
consulting -- if I can convince them it's a good idea.

If you have any other thoughts, please let me know. I appreciate your
help.
