I've only watched this thread, but I feel I should put in a response to
the above here: If you don't like people that use XNA, then don't reply
to them at all. XNA is there for a reason and it has two very valid
reasons for being there, to stop clutter from being archived, and to
stop users postings from being archived.

While the archive is important to many, I've been using Usenet since the
early 80's and once I found out about the archiving of posts I added XNA
to my header. There is nothing I say that I want tracked for spammers or
others to follow. Also, with all of our personal information that's
tracked, I see no reason to track this information here also.

Don't get me wrong, google does a great job with the archive, but each
person should (and Does) have the ability to decide if they want to
"opt-out" of being stored.
