No - a sniffer doesnt alter the contents of the packet in any way so
you don't know if a packet has been 'sniffed'. Just like you don't
know how many people have read this post.

If a packet contains the header, payload and valid checksum it's a
complete packet. A sniffer does not care what the payload content is
and therefore wouldn't ask you for the rest if any data is missing. If
the packet is incomplete in some way from a TCP/IP standpoint it
wouldnt get past the first router.
