Is TSAD.DLL request a symptom of infection?

Hi,
when I try to instal various programs, I get a message saying
'a required DLL file TSAD.DLL has not been found'

A brief search brings up articles which suggest this message is
associated with some kind of adware problem. TSAD.DLL does not
actually seem to be a .DLL you can get hold of.
Does anyone know anything about this??
