    I'm not sure what you mean by 'handwork' ? If you mean that
    it is too hard to use, then you can get programs that make it easier
    to use.

    If you mean that setting up a proper Public Key Infrastructure
    (PKI) is too much work, then you will encounter the same problem with
    any PKI -- it *is* a lot of work to verify identies in a manner that
    is acceptable to share trust and yet allows some degree of
    anonymity.
