Need Help

Don't know if this is the best place to post this but I just need a start. I
currently finished my first semester as an IT major at the University of South
Florida. To get our degrees we all have to do a major senior project. As my
emphasis in my degree deals with IT Security and USF currently has a small
capablities to teach its students in this area I thought that I could set up
an IT Security Lab. The current concept comes from an idea that I saw the
United States Military Academy had in which they have a 20 computer lab that
has half of the computers with attack capablities and the other half with
defense capablities. USF does not have a professor that is knows enough about
security to be my advisior so if there is anyone out there in the general area
of central Florida that can assist me through this it would be greatly
appriecated. If there are any USF students that read this that think they
would like to take part in this project just reply to this post as well. The
department head said I can have a couple of partners on this since it is pretty
big of a project.
